The Hogeye Festival is an annual downtown Elgin street festival organized by the City of Elgin Main Street Program. It features more than 150 exhibitors, a variety of food and beverage vendors, and live entertainment across two stages. The event is free to attend and draws around 30,000 visitors to downtown Elgin each October.
